Fare rules
Difference between the current fares and the new available fare will be collected at the time of the ticket reissue.
The terms of rebooking and refund, as well as the amount of the refund, depend on the rules of the purchased fare.
Attention!
Changing the sequence of using route segments or refusing one or more route segments is a change in the terms of the carriage contract and may lead to a change in the cost of carriage.
- When rebooking a ticket, an additional payment of the difference to the available fare at the time of exchange may be required. The exchange fee is non-refundable.
- In case of a refund for a Comfort fare, YQ and YR charges will be refunded in full. For other fares, YQ and YR fees will not be refunded.
- The service charge (3%) for service on flyqazaq.com is non-refundable.
- Airport fees that were not used by the passenger are refundable.
- The commission fee (1500 KZT), which is charged when booking tickets at sales offices, is non-refundable.
- The cost of the “SMS-notification” service is non-refundable.
- Partially used transit tickets will not be refunded.
- For tickets for which an increase to a higher fare was made, the refund is carried out according to the rules of the fare of the originally issued ticket.
Important!
A ticket validity for refunds for all fares is 1 year:
- for unused tickets — from the date of issue;
- for partially used tickets — from the date of the first flight.

Refunds are made when passenger contacts at any time (before or after the date indicated on the flight coupon) within the validity period
No discounts for children for “Business Pass” fare.

Out-of-sequence use of route segments is not permitted. If you do not use one of the route segments, then all subsequent flight segments will be canceled.
