Our website allows you to book a flight for journey within Kazakhstan, view bookings and purchase additional luggage allowances. The maximum number of passengers allowed per booking is 9 for adults, 9 for children (2-14 years old) and 2 for infants (0-2 years old, provided that there is one adult passenger travelling per infant).
Web bookings must be made up to one hour before departure.
The passenger must have a valid ID or a passport that will be presented by the passenger at the airport security and/or Qazaq Air’s check-in counters. Passengers who are not a residents of Kazakhstan must provide details of a valid international passport and must have a valid visa for travel within Kazakhstan, if applicable.
Qazaq Air shall not be held responsible for errors made by the customer during the booking process, such as a misspelling of passenger name(s), incorrect email and/or phone numbers. Flights must be taken in the sequence shown in the itinerary.
Booking and payment of a flight ticket on our website must be completed simultaneously. The maximum time limit per booking session is 20 minutes.
We accept for payment through our website using the following debit/credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro.
The credit card holder does not have to be one of the travelling passengers; however, the responsibility for use of the credit card rests upon the cardholder. Please note that an additional online security measure is used by Qazaq Air for online bookings: customers must ensure they are enrolled in a 3D Secure password (Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode). In a case of dispute, Qazaq Air will not be held responsible for transactions not using the 3D password.
The transaction currency is Kazakhstan tenge (KZT). If your card is issued in a currency other than KZT, conversion rates and relevant fees of your card-issuing bank may be applied. You also maybe charged a fee by your card-issuing bank for usage of your card online.
Qazaq Air reserves the right to carry out an investigation in the event of a suspected fraudulent booking, which may result in a cancellation of the booking.
Customers must contact Qazaq Air’s Call center at + 7 727 356 1414 to request a change to a booking on our website if the fare rules allow for a change of date.
Refunds will depend on the fare chosen. Customers must contact Qazaq Air’s Call center at + 7 727 356 1414 or email@example.com to request a refund of a ticket if the fare rules allow for a refund. We will process your requests for refund of money in a timely manner, however please note that it may take some time before the funds reach your credit card account, depending on your bank.
Funds will only be refunded to the original credit card used for the booking.
Terms and Conditions of web booking come into effect upon publishing on our website and maybe amended from time to time, without a prior notice of customers. Customers purchasing air tickets have accepted all the online booking rules and carrier regulations.
