QAZAQ AIR announces the cancellation of the Astana – Novosibirsk flight on October 30, 2022, as well as the temporary suspension of flights to the following destinations: Astana – Novosibirsk, Ust-Kamenogorsk – Novosibirsk due to the non-issuance of permission from the aviation authorities of the Russian Federation to perform international scheduled flights to these destinations.
Passengers are offered a full ticket refund. Refunds are made at the tickets were purchased. If the ticket was purchased at the agency, you must contact the office of where the ticket purchased
