QAZAQ AIR has announced its operational results for the first nine months of 2025, highlighting a consistently high level of on-time performance (OTP):
January – September 2025: 87% of flights operated on schedule.
• June 2025: 84.84%
• July 2025: 88.29%
• August 2025: 87.94%
• September 2025: 87.53%
During the summer season, QAZAQ AIR’s on-time performance exceeded 87%, placing the airline among the leading international carriers in terms of punctuality.
For comparison, the average OTP among European and Asian low-cost airlines, according to OAG and Cirium industry reports, ranges between 80–85%.
“For us, punctuality is not just an operational metric — it’s a key factor in earning our passengers’ trust. We are continuously improving efficiency by optimizing ground handling, implementing digital solutions, and strengthening partnerships with airports. Thanks to these efforts, we achieved an OTP level above 87%, one of the best results among airlines in Central Asia,” said Adilbek Umraliev, Chairman of the Management Board of QAZAQ AIR JSC.
Over the first nine months of 2025, the airline also demonstrated growth in key business indicators: passenger traffic increased by 13%, while the seat load factor reached 89%, confirming the effective utilization of the fleet and strong demand for QAZAQ AIR flights.
QAZAQ AIR operates domestic and international routes, including subsidized and socially important destinations. Since its establishment, the airline has carried over 4 million passengers and operated more than 66,000 flights.
QAZAQ AIR continues to expand its route network across Central Asia, strengthening its position as a national aviation brand of Kazakhstan.
According to SKYTRAX, QAZAQ AIR has been recognized as one of the best regional airlines in Central Asia and the CIS for the years 2022–2025.
