When purchasing through www.flyqazaq.com or at the airline’s box office, you must send a request to info@flyqazaq.com
When buying through agents (for example, Aviata.kz, Tickets.kz, Santufei, etc.), you must contact the place of purchase of tickets
All applications for a refund will be processed in order of priority and a reply will be received for each.
Information on resuming flights will be available later on the airline’s website www.flyqazaq.com. You can also contact our partner and airline ticket agencies in Kazakhstan.
