Company mail

Company mail – a service for urgent dispatch of written correspondence and small parcels on QAZAQ AIR flights. Now you do not need to look for someone to pass the document or parcel, because you can send them reliably, quickly and safely with the help of our airline!

List of allowed types of parcels

  • Written correspondence from legal entities and individuals, which unit weight does not exceed 2 kg and has the size of a standard envelope no larger than A-3 (in agreement with the Airline the size and weight may be increased);
  • Parcels with the weight of a unit not exceeding 5 kg and the dimensions not exceeding 564525 cm.;
  • Medicines and medical goods up to 5 kg and with dimensions not exceeding 564525 cm (only when submitting a fiscal receipt, ESF with the name of the drug).;
  • Original documents: ID card, passport, birth certificate, marriage certificate, divorce certificate, death certificate, certificate of vehicle registration, driver’s license, diploma of education, certificate of vocational training, documents certifying the right of ownership.

The following types of items are not accepted for carriage:

  • Securities;
  • Documents having the character of title;
  • Currency;
  • Items that, by their nature or packaging, may pose a risk to the health and life of workers, to soil or deface other mail items;
  • Works of art, antiques and other items of artistic, historical, scientific and other cultural value;
  • Plants, products of plant origin, as well as animals, products of animal origin;
  • State awards (orders, signs, medals);
  • Biosamples, laboratory analyses, medications requiring temperature control, medications packed with refrigerant; any liquid medications;
  • Smartphones, phones, laptops, equipment containing lithium-ion batteries;
  • Any liquids;
  • Jewelry.

Conditions of shipment:

  • All shipments are accepted only unsealed;
  • The airline has the right to refuse the customer in case the parcel or any other type of item does not meet the acceptable standards of carriage, or has questionable content;
  • The airline is not responsible for the safety of fragile items;
  • Written correspondence of legal and physical persons shall be carried in envelopes. The data of sender (city, post, full name, contact phones) and recipient (city, post, name, contact phones) should be specified on an envelope, an outgoing number and a three-letter code of destination city should be written down.
