Commander mail is a service for express shipment of letter post and small parcels on QAZAQ AIR flights. Now you do not need to look for someone to send a document or a parcel, because you can send them reliably, quickly and safely with the help of our airline!
List of acceptable types of shipments
- Written correspondence from legal entities and individuals, the unit weight of which does not exceed 2 kg and has the dimensions of a standard envelope of A-5, A-4, A-3 format (in agreement with the airline, the size and weight can be increased).
- Parcels, the unit weight of which does not exceed 5 kg and with dimensions not exceeding 56*45*25 cm.
- Medicine and medical supplies up to 5 kg and with dimensions of no more than 56*45*25 cm (only upon presentation of a fiscal receipt or an electronic fiscal receipt indicating the name of the medicine).
The following types of shipments are not accepted for carriage:
- Originals of documents of certifying or legal character (birth certificates, passports, identity cards, marriage certificates);
- Securities;
- Currency;
- Any items related to dangerous goods in accordance with the list;
- Perishable food products;
- Items that, by their nature or packaging, may pose a danger to the health and life of employees, stain or spoil other postal items;
- Works of art, antiques, other items of artistic, historical, scientific and other cultural value;
- Plants, products of plant origin, as well as animals, products of animal origin;
- State awards (orders, signs, medals);
- Biosamples, laboratory tests, medicine requiring temperature control, medicines packed with refrigerant; any liquid medicines;
- Smartphones, telephones, laptops, equipment containing lithium ion batteries;
- Any liquids.
Shipping conditions:
- All shipments are accepted only unsealed.
- The airline has the right to refuse carriage to the client if the parcel and other type of shipment does not pass according to the standards acceptable for transportation or has questionable content.
- The airline is not responsible for the safety of fragile items.
- Written correspondence of legal entities and individuals is transported in envelopes. The envelope contains the data of the sender (city, position, full name, contact numbers) and the recipient (city, position, full name, contact numbers), an outgoing number is assigned and a 3-letter code of the destination city is prescribed.
