Service is available on all regular QAZAQ AIR flights – Nur-Sultan, Almaty, Shymkent, Kyzylorda, Atyrau, Aktau, Aktobe, Kostanay, Taldykorgan, Petropavlovsk, Semey, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Zhezkazgan, Taraz.
Service cost:
- 3000 tenge for a parcel weighing up to 1 kg
- 4500 tenge for a parcel weighing up to 2 kg
Fiscal receipt must be provided to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Please note that in case of transferring medical supplies in liquid and aerosol form (mixtures and ampoules), airline can deliver only upon agreement with the airport security service. In case of justified refusal by the security service, medical supplies will be returned to the sender.
