that on October 14–15, several flights are experiencing consecutive delays due to operational reasons, including the temporary closure of the runway at the airline’s base airport in Astana.
All passengers on delayed flights have been notified and provided with hotel accommodation, hot meals, and transfers in accordance with subparagraph 38, paragraph 2 of the Rules for the Carriage of Passengers, Baggage, and Cargo by Air. Passengers are also offered free rebooking or a full ticket refund.
“We are making every effort to promptly resolve the situation and ensure all passengers arrive safely at their destinations. Passenger safety remains our top priority,” the airline stated.
