Have you changed your plans and want to exchange your tickets? Or do you want to get refund for ticket right now without phone calls and emails to the airline? Now you can do it yourself in “My Booking” section on flyqazaq.com website.
In “My Bookings” tab enter your last name and booking number (consists of 6 symbols).
Information about your current booking will appear. To exchange tickets, click on the “Ticket Exchange” button at the bottom of the page
Choose a new convenient flight date, click on the check mark opposite your name and move on
Reservation system will offer you options available for selected date. Choose the flight that suits you
Depending on your fare, reservation system will show you the cost of ticket exchange. Click “Confirm exchange” and complete exchange procedure
Ticket refund
To refund a ticket in the main booking management window, click on the “Ticket refund” button at the bottom of the page
After click the checkbox opposite your full name and continue button to complete the ticket refund procedure
Please note that the refund and exchange service is available for passengers who have purchased tickets at flyqazaq.com or at QAZAQ AIR ticket offices.
If you have purchased tickets from our partners (online travel agencies or air ticket offices), you need to contact the place of purchase for a refund or exchange.
